Within our showroom that spans across 3.000 square meters we have displayed several bathroom pod prototypes, built and ready for inspection for our clients.
Original idea for the structure of bathroom pods is to make a steel cage in LGS / CFS technique, using 75 mm galvanized profiles. Construction accuracy that we could achieve with this technique is around 2 mm. Steel frames should be anchored into a reinforced concrete base, and after that the ceiling as the final element would enclose the structure and give it stiffening needed for transport.
For this project, two modules can be assembled per day, within production facilities in Novi Sad, under controlled conditions. After quality control, preassembled modules are packaged and sent to construction site via trucks. Once upon arrival, they are dismounted and installed on designated positions.
All installations are placed within walls, with exception of underfloor heating that is integrated into the floor system. Doors are placed as the last element, once bathroom pod module is placed and connected to the building’s MEP.
